Designed by Pencil Office, the highlight of this industrial building is the beautifully patterned facade. Fading from criss-crossed at the bottom to vertical at the top, the facade is a work of geometric art. It also functionally acts as a brise soleil, protecting the building from the tropical heat and concealing services. The pattern creates increasingly open views towards the top of the building.
