This residential tower in Singapore is aptly named ‘Tree House’, and was designed by local architects ADDP. In 2014, the building entered the Guinness Book of World Records for having the largest vertical garden in the world, with a 24 storey tall green facade. In total, the area of the facade is more than 2,200 sqm!
Due to the green wall and other sustainable features, the building is expected to save approximately 15-30% in energy and water per year, resulting in around S$500,000 utility savings!
