I believe the windows were located after much consideration on the activities happening inside. the great foyer and open hall having more and bigger windows as opposed to the classrooms and workshop space on the levels above. heard the original design had over 3000 small windows which was simplified due to the feasibility to what it looks like now. is there any building by SANAA in Singapore?
